GET READY TO GO HARD! and get ready for the Overtime Football Skills, Speed, and Conditioning Camp to become an instant classic. Players will get a chance to enhance their skills, but also their ATHLETICISM via our football drills and comprehensive off-season program. The Overtime Athletics training program will consist of: speed training, flexibility training, core training, balance training, plyometrics training, agility training, resistance training, and sports specific conditioning, your athlete will learn what it means to become a leader on and off the field of competition.
Skills to be focused on: Catching, throwing, SPEED, agility/balance, conditioning, running routes, punting, and basic plays.
The Overtime Football Skills, Speed, and Conditioning Camp will run Monday - Thursday & our coaches are trained and background checked. OTA will provide all necessary equipment.
Before, during, & after the program, families will receive on-going communication directly from us. Families will always know what their child is doing in Overtime Athletics and will be made aware of any changes in our schedule.
