Go Long! Flag Football Program

LET’S PLAY! Huddle Up and get ready for the Go Long - Flag Football Program to become an instant classic. Players will get a chance to be running backs, wide receivers, defensive ends, and corner backs. Learn to pass, catch, run routes and punt like the pros! We'll practice these skills while playing Button Hook, Down & Out, Pitch & Run and First & Ten. Scrimmages and Red Zone Challenges will test your skills, promote teamwork and encourage sportsmanship. Skills to be focused on: Catching, throwing, punting, running routes, and basic plays.

The Go Long - Flag Football Fun Program will run on Monday's and Wednesday's for 4 weeks & our coaches are trained and background checked.  OTA will provide all necessary equipment.

Before, during, & after the program, families will receive on-going communication directly from us. Families will always know what their child is doing in Overtime Athletics and will be made aware of any changes in our schedule.
